Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, in quarters; 1/4 onions; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped; 4 cups chicken broth; 1 teaspoon oregano; salt; 1/4 cups bacon, in small cubes; 1 package La Moderna® Sign Soup; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 1 cup carrot; 1/4 cups celery; 1/2 cups tomato, in small cubes; 1 1/2 cups black beans, cooked and drained; Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish

Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, chicken broth, oregano, and salt for 2 minutes or until everything is well ground. Set aside. Cut the carrot and celery into small cubes.
