  • 4 cups chicken, defatted
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Preparation

Cut the onion into slices and cut the thyme.
Place on a baking sheet butter, oil, onion slices, thyme, garlic, sliced ​​shallot and sugar. Bake at 200 ° C until golden onion.
Add a cup of broth to the tray and return to the oven until it boils. Grind with the rest of the broth and cream.
