Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup beets, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, in slices
  • 1 cup cabbage, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 cups Nestle media creama

Preparation

Cut and peel the beets and carrots in squares.
Boil the beets and carrots in water covered with the onion.
Add the chicken broth, the tomato puree and the cabbage.
Boil for 15 minutes.
Add cream and serve hot.
