Preparation
Boil 2 lts. Water, when it is boiling put the olive oil, onion and shrimp dry. Let boil 7 minutes. Strain the broth and peel the shrimp.
Roast the tomato, garlic and 1/2 onion. Grind in blender with 1 dry chipotle pepper. Strain and add it in the broth.
Place the meat of the dried shrimp, the chopped potato, chopped carrot, pepper, cloves and bread crumbs in the broth. Boil for 10 minutes over low heat.
Remove the peppers, the clove from the broth, add the raw shrimp and when it is again boiled, remove it from the heat.
