In a pressure cooker, place the water, Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon cubes, and meat, and cook for 15 minutes. Allow the pressure to release from the cooker and open it to add the potatoes, carrots, and green beans; let it cook for 10 more minutes covered, adding the bay leaf and pepper.
