Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 onions cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 branch of thyme
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette in slices
  • to taste of thyme to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
