Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 onions, cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 branch thyme
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette, in slices
  • to taste thyme, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
