Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 15 mushrooms fresh and cut into thick pieces
  • 1 yellow onion cut into pieces of 2 cm
  • 3 carrots cut into pieces of 2 cm
  • 2 stems of celery cut into pieces of 2 cm
  • 6 cloves of garlic cut in half
  • 8 cups of Water
  • 6 branches of parsley
  • 4 branches of fresh thyme
  • 1 sheet of laurel
  • teaspoons of Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pot, add the mushrooms and wait until golden brown.
    Add the remaining teaspoon to the pot and add the onion, carrot, celery and garlic.
    Cook over high heat and stir the ingredients until golden brown.
    Add water, thyme, bay leaf, parsley to the pot. Salt and pepper to taste, wait until it boils. Cover the pot and lower the heat, wait 20 minutes.
    Strain the broth in a bowl, add the vegetables and go!
