Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of broccoli in small trees
  • 1 Cup of chayote squash cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups of mushroom filleted
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 4 cups of chicken soup

Preparation

In a pot heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, broccoli, chayote and cook for a couple of minutes. Then pour the chicken stock, cilantro, mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.
