Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, in small trees
  • 1 cup chayote squash, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 4 cups chicken soup

Preparation

In a pot heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, broccoli, chayote and cook for a couple of minutes. Then pour the chicken stock, cilantro, mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot and accompany with bread. Enjoy
