Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of celery cut into strips
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot cut into thin strips
  • 3 cups of White cabbage cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • 8 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of chicken cooked and shredded
  • enough of coriander to decorate

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add the onion, garlic, celery, carrot, white cabbage and cook until bright. Then add the Puree of Tomato Seasoned Del Fuerte®, pour the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, add the chicken, cook 10 more minutes, reserve.
Serve and decorate with fresh cilantro.
