Preparation
Cook the peas in a little water that barely covers them.
Once the green of the peas is more intense and they are already tender, remove them from the heat and place them in the blender. Blend to leave a smooth liquefied and with the least amount of husk possible.
In a hot pan, sprinkle a little cooking oil and let the pore slices season one minute.
Empty the pea smoothie to the hot pan with the pore and add salt and pepper. And add the amount of warm water you need to achieve the thickness you want, it can be thick as a cream or a little more lime.
Let boil a few minutes and rectify the seasoning if necessary.
