Preparation
Remove the veins and seeds of the pepper and cut into julienne strips.
Get medium cubes of potatoes and slice the pore.
Place butter and vegetables in a microwave, cover and cooker casserole for about 5-6 minutes at high level.
Pour the chicken stock, add the thyme and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes or until the chicken broth reaches high temperature.
Remove from microwave oven and check temperature and seasoning.
