Delicious potato soup prepared in the microwave, this recipe is so easy that you will want to do it again.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 leeks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 liter chicken soup
  • 1 branch thyme
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Remove the veins and seeds from the pepper and cut into julienne strips.
Get medium cubes from the potatoes and slice the leek.
Place the butter and vegetables in a microwave-safe saucepan, cover and cook for about 5-6 minutes on high.
Pour in the chicken broth, add the thyme and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes or until the chicken broth reaches high heat.
Remove from the microwave and check temperature and seasoning.

PRESENTATION

It is recommended to use some dried parsley to sprinkle and decorate our dish.

TIPS

It is advisable to turn the vegetables halfway through each step to ensure that they cook on both sides correctly.

A través de Android Hacer un fondo con 2 o pechugas de pollo dejar reposar en el caldo al enfriar mechar el pollo y. Incorporar a la sopa recomiendo usar papás amarillas les agrada más a los peques también se puede hacer con papá dulce o batata
