Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the potatoes on a tray with olive oil and coarse salt for 40 minutes. Cut and mash them to make puree. Mix in a bowl the potatoes with the cream, butter, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, chives, peas and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, add a little more cheddar cheese, and bake for 10 more minutes at 200 °C.
