Ingredients • One kilogram of arrachera • Juice of 5-6 lemons (approx 100 ml). • Soy sauce (approx 50 ml). • Olive oil (approx 100 ml). • One teaspoon of table salt. • Pinch of pepper. • Pinch of oregano. • Pinch of garlic salt

Mix all the ingredients making them integrate perfectly; use a balloon whisk or a long tooth fork.

Arrange the meat and cover with the mixture.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Puedes añadirle las semillas de una papaya, no altera el sabor y es el mejor ablandador
