If you usually prepare salty empanadas but would like to learn a recipe for sweet empanadas; I share my tip to know how to make delicious guava empanadas.
Ingredients: • 190 g of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese • 2 cditas. of sugar
Guava sweet: • 1/2 kg of guavas • 2 tza. of water • 1/2 tza. of sugar • 1 slice of cinnamon • 600 g of puff pastry • 1 pza. egg • 3 tbsp. of sugar • Flour

Boil the guavas with the water, sugar and cinnamon until they are soft.

Drain guavas when they are cold and cut into cubes. Reserve them.

Spread the puff pastry on a floured surface until it is about 2 cm thick.

Cut the discs and place on one side the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese mixed with sugar and a spoonful of guavas.

Close like a quesadilla, and with the back of a fork, seal the edges.

Varnish with the beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar and place on a greased tray.

Bake 25 minutes at 180 ° C, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
