For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: • 750 gr. of guava, red and ripe tomatoes cut in quarters • 50 gr. of red pepper • 35 gr. of onion and 1 clove of medium garlic • 1 cinnamon stick and a clove • 20 gr. of sugar muscovado • 20 gr. of honey bee • 40 gr. of white wine vinegar
2
Place the tomatoes, garlic, onion, pepper and salt in the blender or processor.
3
Blend until you get a smooth texture. If necessary, do it in two parts.
4
Pour in a pan over low heat, tightly covered, for 10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
5
Take a little of the mixture and return to the blender
6
Add the sugar, honey and vinegar. Blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.
7
Return to the pan and add the halved clove, cinnamon and simmer for another 10 minutes or until the mixture reduces considerably and has the desired texture. That will depend on the water that the tomatoes have.
8
Remove the pieces of cinnamon and cloves.
9
Let stand, and once cold, pour into a bowl. Cover and leave it in the refrigerator one day before consuming it. This homemade ketchup should be kept refrigerated.

Sal?
En el segundo paso dice "Coloca en la licuadora o un procesador, los jitomates, el ajo, la cebolla, el pimiento y la sal.", pero en los ingredientes no dice cantidad de sal...
