or 2 Water Cups
or 1 Tablespoon Salt
or 18 Pieces Jalapeno peppers
or 1 Taza Oaxaca crumbled cheese
or ½ Cup Flour
or 2 Pieces beaten egg
or 1 Cup Bimbo® ground bread
o 1 Cup Oil for frying

In a saucepan, drizzle the salt water and cook the chiles for 10 minutes. Drain and cool.

Open the chiles carefully and uncover very well. Fill with Oaxaca cheese and secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the peppers until they are golden brown. Pass through absorbent paper and drain. Serve immediately.
