Ingredients:

or 2 pieces of chicken breast in butterfly cut
or 1 Tablespoon Salt
or 1 Tablespoon Pepper
or 1 Package Cheese cream (190 g)
or 1 Tablespoon Oregano
or ½ Tablespoon dried basil
or ½ Tablespoon Dry thyme
or 4 Slices Ham
o 4 Slices Manchego cheese
or ½ Cup Flour, to bread
or 1 Piece Shake Egg, to batter
or 1 Bimbo® Ground Bread Cup, for bread

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Spit chicken breasts on both sides, reserve. In a bowl mix cream cheese with oregano, basil and thyme.

Spread a little of the cream cheese mixture on each piece of chicken, add a slice of ham and a slice of Manchego cheese. Close and secure with a toothpick.

Bread each breast through flour, egg and Bimbo® Ground Bread.

Bake about 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the bread crumbled golden. Serve immediately.
