What you will need:
• 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
• 1 Slice of Cinnamon
• 1 liter of water
• The low-calorie sweetener of your choice or honey.

In a bowl place the oats and cinnamon, add 2 cups of water and let stand for 30 min.

Place the mixture in the blender and add one more cup of water and blend at high speed for 2 minutes.

Pass the mixture through a sieve, add the rest of the water.

La mezcla que colocas en la licuadora es la que dejaste reposar pero se coloca toda junto con el agua q dejaste en reposo o solo la avena
