For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Melt the butter.

Mix the crushed cookies with the butter.

Place your mixture at the bottom of a 10 cm diameter mold.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water. Let it rest for 5 minutes or until the gelatin hydrates.

Heat for 10 seconds in the microwave.

Incorporate it into the blackberry jam. Set aside, keeping it at room temperature.

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar for 5 minutes. Add the heavy cream until it doubles in size.

Dissolve the 1 1/2 tablespoons of gelatin in the 3/4 cup of water. Let it rest. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and add to the cream cheese mixture.

Divide the mixture in half, pour one part onto the mold, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Cover with the blackberry jam mixed with gelatin and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Add the remaining cheese mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Unmold, decorate with the blackberries, and serve.
