• For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Crumble the cake with your hands until it turns into crumbs.

Add the hazelnut cream and mix well; using a mixer or your hands, until it becomes a homogeneous dough.

Shape small balls with your hands, roughly the size of a ping pong ball. Let them rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Dip the tip of the stick in the chocolate and insert it into each cake ball without going all the way through. Let them sit in the fridge for a while so the chocolate hardens; then take them out and completely coat them with the melted chocolate. Let them drain well so that there isn’t a thick layer.

Decorate with sprinkles or other toppings. Let them dry in the refrigerator and enjoy!
