The shape of your cake will depend on the mold you use; I recommend using a pie dish with a removable bottom or one with a belt. Grease your pie dish with a little butter; if you are using a belt mold, cut a circle of parchment paper and place it at the bottom of the mold.

For the base of the cake, mix the crushed cookies and melted butter.

Press the mixture down to make it compact. If you have leftover crumbs, save them for the filling. Freeze the base for at least 1 hour.

Take your ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften a bit.

Cover your cookie base with half a liter of ice cream and freeze for 1 hour.

Now, you will need a layer to separate the ice cream flavors; add the sauce of your choice: chocolate fudge, peanut butter, or any sauce you like.

Add a layer of crushed cookies or chocolate chips. Freeze for 1 hour.

Add another layer of ice cream and freeze.

For the final layer, you can apply another flavor of ice cream, some frosting, or whipped cream. Return it to the freezer and take it out just before serving.
