To make Royal Icing you need:

In a bowl, combine the meringue powder with 3 tablespoons of water and beat until foamy.

Incorporate the powdered sugar, cup by cup, making sure there’s nothing left unwhipped between each cup. Use a spatula to scrape down any residue stuck to the sides of the bowl.

Gradually add the rest of the water until you achieve the desired consistency. Add any color you want for your decoration.

If you want to make small details or figures, let the icing remain a little thicker.
