What you'll need:

Place the whipped cream in a saucepan and heat over medium until it simmers slightly. Pour the hot whipped cream over the semi-sweet chocolate and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Mix until the chocolate and heavy cream are combined. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove from the refrigerator and form small balls, flatten them slightly and place a frozen raspberry in the center. Cover the raspberry with the chocolate mixture and use your hands to shape it into a perfect ball.

Take them out of the refrigerator and roll them in different coatings such as cocoa, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and colored sprinkles. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and keep them covered before serving.
