• One kilogram of arrachera
• Juice of 5-6 lemons (approx. 100 ml).
• Soy sauce (approx. 50 ml).
• Olive oil (approx. 100 ml).
• One teaspoon of table salt.
• Pinch of pepper.
• Pinch of oregano.
• Pinch of garlic salt

Mix all the ingredients until perfectly combined; use a whisk or a long-tined fork.

Arrange the meat and cover it with the mixture.
