First of all, it is very important that you properly disinfect all the vegetables you are going to use, to avoid making the little ones sick. It is essential that you know how to wash vegetables to properly remove the dirt, afterwards we recommend applying a commercial disinfectant to the vegetables, following the product instructions on the packaging.

Mushrooms are one of the vegetables that will have the most dirt, so you need to pay special attention to these. It is necessary that you know the correct way to clean mushrooms, since if you place them in water with disinfectant, they will absorb the water, changing their texture. Once clean, it's time to slice the mushrooms; for this, you need to know how to cut mushrooms into slices, as these will form the pelvis of the skeleton.
Paso 3

Cucumbers are high in vitamin C, perfect for preventing colds in kids. With the cucumbers, you will create the trachea of the skeleton; place the clean cucumber with skin on a board, with your left hand make sure it doesn't move and cut slices from it.

Bell peppers contain powerful antioxidants, perfect for preventing diseases. Remove the top part of the pepper, then cut slices vertically, remove the white part and the seeds from the pepper strips. These strips will form the ribs of the skeleton.
Paso 5

Cut strips of celery, you will need two thinner and longer strips (which will be the clavicle of the skeleton) and two shorter and thicker strips (which will form the legs).
Paso 6

Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets; the broccoli will be the hands and the cauliflower will be the knees.
Paso 7

Place onion dip in a round container, use 2 slices of black olive to simulate the eyes, the nose can be a sprig of fresh thyme and with ketchup form the mouth. Use lettuce to create the hair; if the lettuce doesn't have much color, you can revive the lettuce.
