Your friends are coming over for breakfast, and you know they love fruit, so you want to make them a delicious fruit cocktail, but you can't find a fun and new way to present it. There is nothing more elegant than presenting fruits in balls (or technically known as: parisiens). Here we teach you the step-by-step process to make this type of cut.
For this tip, you will need a parisien (this tool is a round spoon that allows you to form fruit balls more easily). If you are going to extract balls from melon, papaya, or watermelon, you first need to cut the fruits in half.

Place the parisien on top of the fruit, start by marking the outline of the ball, gently pressing while moving the parisien from right to left.
