Prepare these delicious chicken strips covered with a crispy oat coating. They are super tasty and have the ideal texture! You can accompany them with a rich homemade BBQ sauce or a spicy dip.
1 pieces of chicken breast, cut into strips 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper 1 cup of wheat flour for coating 2 pieces of beaten egg, for coating 1 cup of oats for coating 1/2 cup of ground corn flakes for coating 1 cup of oil

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat them by passing through flour, beaten egg, and the corn flakes mixed with oats. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until they are perfectly cooked.
