• 190 grams cream cheese
• 5 Cooked and peeled potatoes
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon salt
• ½ cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup Bimbo® breadcrumbs
• 1 cup oil for frying

Mash the potatoes with half of the cream cheese, cornstarch, and salt.

Form balls with your hands and fill with remaining cream cheese pieces.
Coat with flour, egg, and Bimbo® breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown, drain on paper towels and let excess oil drip off.
