Ingredients:
• 190 g of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese
• 3 tbsp. of oil
• 1 cup of rice soaked in hot water
• 1 cup of disinfected cilantro leaves
• 1 piece of roasted and deveined poblano pepper
• 2 cups of hot water
• 1/4 piece of onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tbsp. of powdered broth
• 1 cup of mixed frozen vegetables,

Heat the oil in the pan.

Sauté the rice lightly until golden.

Blend the cilantro, poblano pepper, water, onion, garlic, and broth.

Add the rice, cover, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
