The sun protection factor (SPF) indicated on the labels refers to the product's ability to block ultraviolet rays that could damage the skin. However, the difference isn’t that significant, as an SPF 30 sunscreen protects you from 97% of radiation, while an SPF 50 protects you from 98%.

It is recommended that from six months of age, sunscreen should be applied every day, since even when we are indoors, like in our house, the sun's rays can penetrate through the windows.
