Materials:

Cut three strips of blue foam and three strips of flesh-colored foam to form the Three Kings. Cut the beards in different colors of foam and the crowns.

Glue around the toilet paper rolls with hot silicone and let it dry completely. Glue the crown on top and stick the beard made of flesh-colored foam.

Glue the googly eyes and use a permanent marker to draw the eyebrows and nose.
