Fill the Ziploc® Sandwich Bag halfway with water.

Place a bag in each shoe and position it perfectly where the shoe is hurting you. Wrap the shoes in a plastic bag and freeze for 2 hours.

Remove from the freezer, wait 10 minutes for the bag to thaw slightly, making it easier to remove.

Done! In just a few hours, your shoes will be stretched and more comfortable.
