For this tip you will need:

Dye the frosting blue and black. Cover the cupcakes with the blue frosting.

Fill a piping bag with blue frosting and make small dots in a straight line on top of the cupcake to form the body of the dragonfly.

Place a Mentos ® on top of the cupcake to form the head.

Use the black frosting to make the dragonfly's antennas.

Place a pretzel on each side of the body to form the wings.
