Download the template, print and cut it out. Trace onto the paper and cut.

Place water on a plate and lightly moisten the chocolate. Stick the Xtremes® strawberry flavor around the chocolate and trim the excess. Let it dry.

Place a bit of hot glue and attach the toothpick. Insert the toothpick into the chocolate.
