How to Make a Thank-You Basket for Hospital

If you are going to have your baby, make this lovely thank-you basket for the hospital. It’s perfect to have drinks and some sweets for your loved ones who visit you in the hospital on the day your baby is born. You can prepare it in advance and have it ready to take to the hospital. It’s a great detail that your loved ones will love.

Step by Step

Paso 1

Materials:
Mentos®
Chupa Chups®
Crazy Rocks®
Bottles of water or juice
Scissors
Decorative tape
Silicone
Wood shavings
Basket
Color ribbons
Tissue paper
Mini wooden clips
Cellophane bags

Remove the label from the water bottles and cut a strip of ribbon to place around where the label was on the bottle.

Place the Chupa Chups® Gomi Lokas inside some cellophane bags. Close them with a wooden clip and attach a small ribbon bow on top of the clip.

Decorate the bag with the decorative tape. Stick a piece of tape along the edges of the bag.

Fill other cellophane bags with Mentos®. Repeat this process with Air Heads Bites® and place a Crazy Rock® on top, securing it with a mini clip.

Place a few sheets of tissue paper inside the basket and arrange the wood shavings on top.

On top, arrange the bottles of water and the bags of sweets. You can attach a thank-you card to the candy bows.

Decorate the basket with a bow. You can use the colors you like the most to make the basket. If you prefer a more traditional approach, use blue if the baby is a boy and pink if it’s a girl.
