How to Make Colorful Gelatins

Prepare the flavored gelatins following the instructions on the package. Grease the silicone mold with a little vegetable oil.

Pour the color you want to be on top of the flower and wait for it to set. Once it has set, pour the second color on top and refrigerate again. Repeat this process with all the flavors until the mold is filled.

Unmold the gelatins and insert a popsicle stick into each one. Cut a small square of Xtremes® and place it in the center of each flower. You can cut the Xtremes® strips by color and decorate the popsicle stick by forming a bow on each one.
