Once the turkey has been seasoned, stuffed and tied, it can be injected. Prepare a mixture of juice, butter or white wine to inject the turkey.

Take the syringe with a bit of the mixture and inject the breast of the turkey, try to use the same hole to direct the juice to several places, this way you avoid that the juice comes out.

Repeat the process turning the turkey and injecting the other breast part, try not to do more than 4 perforations in the whole process.

Inject the legs, use all the juice so that your turkey is not dry.
