Flag Jelly

Prepare this delicious jelly with flag-shaped fruit. It is a simple dessert and looks amazing. It is perfect to celebrate the national holidays or to support the Mexican national team in some football game.

Material • Red water jelly • Green water jelly • White milk jelly • 1 cup of strawberries • 1 cup of green grapes • Transfer for national shield jelly • Rectangular mold • Oil

With a little oil, grease the rectangular mold where you are going to make the jelly. Pour the white jelly until and refrigerate about 3 hrs or until completely set.

Once curdled, cut two lines at the ends and remove the jelly.

Fill one of the spaces with strawberries and the other with grapes.

Pour the red jelly on the side of the strawberries and the green jelly on the side of the grapes; take care that it is at room temperature so that it does not melt the jelly that has set. Refrigerate for 15 min.

Pour more white jelly at room temperature over the entire preparation to the edge of the mold. Refrigerate for 3 hr or until completely set.

Unmold and serve on a board.

Place the transfer on the white jelly, centering the shield.

Moisten the transfer paper a little with a slightly wet napkin and wait a few minutes for the transfer to pass to the jelly. Remove the paper very carefully.
