Pour a bit of olive oil into a saucepan and fry the garlic over low heat. Then, add the chicken, season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked very well. Add the spring onions, and if necessary, pour in a little more olive oil. Incorporate the baby potatoes, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, and then add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and green beans. Cook the chicken with vegetables for another 10 minutes. Season if needed.
