Bellini Frappé

This classic cocktail, but frappeado time. It is an elegant and delicious cocktail that is perfect for a weekend brunch with intense peach flavor and a touch of sparkling wine.

  • 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 ounces peach nectar
  • 1/2 peaches, in slices
  • 1 ounce wine, dry foamy
  • 1 slice peach, to decorate

  • Blend the ice, the peach nectar and the peach until you get a frappe.
  • Pour into a glass for wine or champagne and fill with the sparkling wine.
  • Decorate with a slice of peach.
