  • 1 kilo skirt steak
  • 2.5 liters water
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 sprigs celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch aromatic herbs

  • Place the water, meat and vegetables, scented herbs, salt and pepper in the Express® Pressure Cooker, close the Express® Pressure Cooker and apply the pressure regulator, place it on the stove with high flame, for 25 minutes. about minutes or until constant steam comes out; lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes if it is of vegetables, 20 minutes if it is chicken and 30 minutes if it is meat.
  • Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker and that's it!
  • The broth should reduce to 1 ½ liters.Soothe and let it finish cooling.
  • If you want to get a defatted broth, let the broth cool in the refrigerator overnight, and then remove the fat from the surface. For the vegetable broth, skip the scraps of meat.
