The Paleolithic diet is a healthy way of eating, this will help you stay slim and full of energy. Only natural proteins, organic foods, fruits, and vegetables are allowed. It is very important not to consume legumes, sugars, fats, processed foods, and processed grains (cereals, wheat, flour, bread, and pasta). It is recommended to gradually eliminate the non-permitted foods to get used to them slowly.

Breakfast Day 2: Apple-Banana Pancakes 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 bananas, mashed 1 apple, peeled and diced 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon ½ teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon vanilla Coconut oil as needed Mix the egg with the banana, apple, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until combined. Heat the coconut oil and form the pancakes, cooking on both sides.

Lunch Day 2: Baked Fish in Foil Replace butter with coconut oil or olive oil
