This privacy notice (the "Notice") is made known in accordance with articles 16 and 17 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals (the "Law"), and is in line with the necessary international standards for the security of our users' information. The Law aims to protect Personal Data held by individuals, in order to regulate its legitimate, controlled, and informed processing and to guarantee the privacy and right to informational self-determination of the individuals who are users of kiwilimón's website. Law: Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Individuals.

Logs: The logs (in Spanish, log) refer to one or more text files automatically created and managed by a server, where all the activity performed on it is stored. Each server, depending on its implementation and/or configuration, may or may not create certain logs.

V. MEANS TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS

You, either by yourself or through a duly accredited legal representative, may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition against the Responsible.

For this, You or your legal representative may make this request by means of a free written document containing at least the following information and/or documentation:
  • The name and address of the owner or any other means to receive the response (if the owner omits the address or any other means chosen to contact them, the request will be considered not received).
  • The clear and precise description of the personal data for which the owner seeks to exercise any of the rights.
  • In case, other elements or documents that facilitate the location of personal data.
  • Your valid official identification (For example: National Electoral Institute Card, Passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Professional ID);
  • In cases where the exercise of the ARCO Rights is carried out through your legal representative, you must provide (i) valid official identification of the legal representative, and (ii) the corresponding notarial power of attorney; and
  • In cases of the right of rectification, the documentation accrediting the requested change must be included according to the data to be rectified.
The response to said request will be carried out by the Responsible Party after 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date the request was received. The Responsible Party may extend this period for up to 20 (twenty) additional business days, when necessary, with prior notification to You.

The response to the request will be communicated to you through the email provided in your request or by sending a postal mail to the address indicated in your request.

The delivery of the Data, in case of exercising the right of access, will be free, and You will only have to cover the justified shipping expenses or the cost of reproducing copies or other formats. However, if You repeat your request within a period of less than twelve months, the costs will be those indicated in the Law, unless there are substantial modifications to the Notice that warrant new inquiries.

VI. DATA TRANSFER

The Responsible Party undertakes to ensure compliance with all legal protection principles regarding the transfer of the Data provided by You. Likewise, it expresses its commitment to ensure that this Notice is respected at all times by the individuals or entities to which the provided Data may be transferred.

The Responsible may transfer the Data in any of the cases listed in article 37 of the Law, as well as transfer the Data for purely commercial purposes among subsidiary companies and all their affiliates for the purposes indicated in Section IV of this Notice, as well as to third-party business partners with whom it enters into any type of agreement and/or agreement. In order to be registered in your consumer database and to send you commercial information, offers, promotions of products and/or services marketed under the brands of our suppliers. Therefore, by accepting our privacy notice, we understand that you agree to such transfer. However, at any time you may express your refusal through the means indicated in this privacy notice. VII. DATA DELETION

You can request the deletion of your account and the erasure of your personal data on our site at any time.

The deletion is done automatically and starts from the editing of the connected user's profile, using the "CLOSE MY ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY"

The deletion of data consists of digitally erasing all information in the data repositories that allows the identification of the person as such, that is, all fields containing: name, last name, email, password, gender, date of birth, avatar.

On the contrary, all user-generated information with company rights as stipulated in this document (such as recipes, images, comments, and activity logs) will remain on the site and data repositories, but will be anonymized, like any user who uses the site anonymously.


VIII. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

Likewise, you have the right to object to the processing of your Data if you do not agree with the modifications that this Notice may present. To exercise your right to object, you must send a request to exercise ARCO Rights, in accordance with the provisions of section V of this Notice.
