For the cookie, place the chocolate chip cookies on a board, cover with frosting forming peaks, for the Cookie Monster's eyes, make white circles with white frosting and place chocolate chips in the center. Freeze for 5 minutes. Rim the milkshake glass with melted chocolate and place cookie chunks carefully so they don't fall. Freeze for 5 minutes.
