In a small pot, cook the blackberries with Great Value® sugar and water for about 10 minutes or until a thick syrup forms. Let it cool and set aside. In a small pot, heat Great Value® whole milk until it boils. Reduce the heat and add the white chocolate, vanilla, and cardamom. Cook for about 10 minutes until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens slightly.
