Ingredients

6 portions
  • 700 grams flour
  • 300 grams Water
  • 100 grams black olive, boneless and dried with paper towels
  • 100 grams tomato, drained in oil drained
  • 60 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon herb, Provencal
  • 20 grams yeast, cool

Preparation

Separate olives and tomatoes separately in a blender for a few seconds. Reserve.
Put the rest of the ingredients in the glass except the flour, grind for 2 minutes.
Add flour, tomatoes and olives and grind for another 15 seconds;
Place in a container and wait for it to double its volume.
Give the desired shape and place in a baking dish with parchment paper.
Bake at 50º C and when its volume increases again, raise the temperature to 200º C during approximately 40 minutes.
Place a container with water inside the oven at the time of cooking to maintain moisture.
