The brioche is a bread of French origin that is characterized by its softness. This version will enchant you because it has a spectacular filling of bitter chocolate and white chocolate a combination that you can not stop eating, since you will find it inside this super fluffy bread.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of Water tibia
  • 1 on of dry yeast
  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/3 of Cup of Water cool
  • 1 tablespoon of Orange zest
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 260 grams of Butter at room temperature (2 1/2 bars)
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of white chocolate chip
  • 1/3 of Cup of Butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar for the filling
  • 1/3 of Cup of cocoa powder for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 1 piece of egg to varnish

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Hydrate the yeast in warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.
    In a blender add the wheat flour, the sugar, the salt, add the eggs, the water and the hydrated yeast. Beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
    Add butter and orange zest. Continue beating until you get a soft, elastic dough.
    In a greased bowl let the covered dough rest for an hour or until it doubles its volume.
    For the filling: Melt the butter with the chocolate.
    Add the icing sugar and the cocoa, mix until you get a pasty mixture.
    On a smooth and floured surface, spread the dough to form a box of 30cm X 40cm.
    With the help of a spatula, spread the chocolate filling and add the nuts, the white chocolate sparks and roll from one end to the other.
    Make a cut 3 cm from the edge and cut vertically. Varnish with egg.
    Join the two parties making a braid and place in a box pan mold with waxed paper, leave to ferment for one hour and bake for 45 min.
