Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Hydrate the yeast in warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.
In a blender add the wheat flour, the sugar, the salt, add the eggs, the water and the hydrated yeast. Beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add butter and orange zest. Continue beating until you get a soft, elastic dough.
In a greased bowl let the covered dough rest for an hour or until it doubles its volume.
For the filling: Melt the butter with the chocolate.
Add the icing sugar and the cocoa, mix until you get a pasty mixture.
On a smooth and floured surface, spread the dough to form a box of 30cm X 40cm.
With the help of a spatula, spread the chocolate filling and add the nuts, the white chocolate sparks and roll from one end to the other.
Make a cut 3 cm from the edge and cut vertically. Varnish with egg.
Join the two parties making a braid and place in a box pan mold with waxed paper, leave to ferment for one hour and bake for 45 min.
