Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 kilos cheddar cheese
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the grated cheese and the jalapeños into small pieces.
Add the butter at room temperature, stir well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
