Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, cooked
  • 1 onion, of approximately 100 g, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 packages cream cheese, 190 gc / u
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Add to the glass of the blender, corn grains, onion, oil, salt, cream cheese, milk, egg and grind perfectly.
Grease a removable mold of 30 cm. empty the mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil, check the cooking and cook for 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven and let cool.

PRESENTATION
