Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Add the flour and sugar, knead well and add the butter, salt, eggs, anise grains. Knead and let stand 20 minutes.
We knead to take out the air and make the dough in a round shape.
We grease a mold for the oven and place it on the tray.
Make some cuts on the surface to make it fit.
Varnish with the beaten yolk and sprinkle aniseed beans on top.
Put in preheated oven at 190ºC for 40 minutes.
With a little dough, shape faces and put them in the oven, you can paint them with artificial coloring and add them to the bread.
